The Polar Empress

A sweet and creamy cocktail perfect for the holidays!

Ingredients:

  • Empress Gin - 1.5 oz
  • St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur - 0.5 oz
  • Grapefruit Juice - 2 oz
  • Simple Syrup - 1 oz
  • Egg White - 2 oz

Steps:

In a cocktail shaker add gin, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Shake vigorously for ~30 seconds, add ice to the shaker and shake again for ~30 seconds. Strain into a tall coupe-like glass and enjoy!
